30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Use the Kojic Glow Duo for up to 30 days after delivery. If you're not happy with your results, email us at support@veroralab.com with your order number and we'll refund your purchase. No need to send the product back. Limit one guarantee refund per customer.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
